Recommended. *by J***D on October 21, 2018* This sport tape is such good quality and performs exceptionally. My physical therapist recommended this tape when I overtraining. And within two months I was back to running! This tape stays exactly where you put it and doesn't peel or loosen for days as long as you're careful to round the corners and rub it well so it sticks. Easy to manipulate to conform to your body and meet all your needs while still allowing my skin to breathe. It really helped support my foot so my toe could heal and prevent it from getting injured again. Works like magic *by N***Y on January 27, 2019* Use: not for physical therapy purposes, but so I could tape my knockers so they didn’t pop out of my bridesmaids dress. They worked wonderfully!! The other bridesmaids ended up using it too instead of their double sided tape. Just put a bandaid on the nips and tape ‘em up! Stayed put all day and night in 98 degree temps in Mexico even though we were all sweating profusely. Success! Tips: Make sure that you DO NOT put this tape on hair. Make sure to SHAVE the area before placing it on your skin. Also, make sure you DO NOT have oils or lotion on your skin because the tape will not stick as long. I use different techniques to tape my leg. I do not really follow the booklet on how to tape your shins. I found that it was not as effective as the other ways i have found online.
