Review: VERY BAD PRODUCT & DISHONEST SUPPLIER - Terrible item, pricing issue, and return challenges. These two racks are pack in such a way that they will not come apart. You need to use pliers and tool to pull it apart. It needs horrendous amount of force. The wires are very wobbly. It is listed as a Prime item but they charged me over $20 for shipping. I immediately returned it but they made is very difficult for me to return. First of all, I have to print two labels (inside the box and outside the box). They only gave me the label for inside the box and told me that they will email the outside label. The email never arrived. I sent an email to request to send the address label/QR code. They responded that it is not their responsibility and I need to contact desertcart. The return was approved on desertcart site. I am not sure what the issue is. Very dishonest supplier. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Terrible item, pricing issue, and return challenges. These two racks are pack in such a way that they will not come apart. You need to use pliers and tool to pull it apart. It needs horrendous amount of force. The wires are very wobbly. It is listed as a Prime item but they charged me over $20 for shipping.
