I purchased this because my dermatologist recommended it to me for acne prone skin. I had previously tried the Neutrogena naturals face scrub and I didn't like it how it felt. Thankfully, this face wash actually feels very smooth and silky on my skin. It removes my full face of makeup without any effort, waterproof mascara included. It has a very pleasant, natural apple smell to it. After using this product, my skin feels very clean and soft. It doesn't strip away all my moisture or leave a residue like many face washes do. I personally love that it doesn't leave my face looking red all over; my face just looks fresher and plumper surprisingly. The cherry on top is knowing my doctor has approved all these ingredients.

I have struggled with acne since the 9th grade. I am now 23 years old and just got it under control. I have tried every product out there. Proactiv, Aczone, Benzoyl Peroxide, Cetaphil face wash, St. Ives face wash, all the Neutrogena products centered on acne, Oxy facial products, Clearasil, you name it and I have tried it. I even stopped wearing makeup thinking that would help as well. Finally, I had had enough and decided to stop using all these harsh products on my skin and acne medication and see what would happen. I read an article on SnapChat "the three worst and best products for acne." Of course, the three worst products for you skin I was currently using. So I threw them all out and decided to go au natural. I use this face wash twice a day along with Quinn's alcohol-free Witch Hazel as a toner and moisturizer and my skin cleared up IMMEDIATELY! It just needed to breathe! This face wash smells amazing, works amazing and the best part is, it's composed of 80% natural ingredients. The witch hazel also works great as a natural moisturizer and leaves my skin soft and not oily since the key ingredient is aloe vera. I had spent years trying all these different products wasting hundreds of dollars when all I needed to do was not use anything at all. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

This is by far the best makeup remover for sensitive skin (eczema, etc.) I'm a guy and don't even wear makeup, but it removes daily sunscreen with ease. I'm allergic to a number of different chemicals in dish and hand soaps, none of which are present in Neutrogena Naturals, so I've started using it for both purposes, and it cleans hands just as well as greasy dishes. Amazon says I've ordered over 200 bottles over the past ten years, but in the past 2-3 years, it has been occasionally quite hard to find in stores and even online (currently Amazon, Walgreens, and Walmart are completely out of stock). Neutrogena, don't mess with a good thing, and please work to get this product back to full availability in the market!

This is hands down the best face wash I’ve ever used. I have very sensitive skin and work outdoors so I wear a lot of thick SPF on my face that can be very hard to remove. This cleanser cuts right through the dirt, grime, makeup, and SPF and leaves no residue. The fact that the price is so reasonable is a huge bonus. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on overpriced nonsense, I’ve learned you can find high-quality, effective products without wasting money. This is for sure my HG face cleanser and I cannot recommend it enough.Note: this cleanser safely and effectively removes mascara, but don’t open your eyes while washing your face or rub the cleanser directly into your eyes—this May shock you...it will burn! That should be completely obvious, but from some of the comments there are obviously some users that just don’t “get it”.

I hate makeup removers that are oil based.I feel like I am just rubbing and wiping and rubbing and wiping to get the makeup off (yes, even after letting the solution/pad sit for a bit to help dissolve).Using so much effort to thoroughly cleanse the area seems like it must be counterproductive to trying to fight damage or fine lines.But this Neutrogena cleanser is magnificent at getting makeup off - just a little water, sudsing up and it rinses clean.It can be a little drying, but a good moisturizer/eye cream takes care of it. And I don't feel like I have just been rubbing my eyelids off like the other kinds.The only downside I have discovered is that it's not so great at removing waterproof makeup. An oil-based cleanser seems to be the only way to get the atomic strength cosmetics off, but luckily I do not often wear that kind.

I purchased this product because I wanted a specific "makeup remover" that would remove my mascara. I hate having to use a separate product for my eyes. The classic Neutrogena would not fully remove my eye liner/mascara and I'd still have some foundation on my towel when I dry. I found this and thought I'd give it a chance. I'm 36 and have combination skin, do not break out very often but the oily parts of my skin, like my nose, are pretty oily.I love it. I love the scent. It smells great to me - a mix of fresh apple and peach. I enjoy using it every night after I get home from work. I use two pumps, later and gently rub on my face/neck/eyes in small circles, then rinse. My skin feels pretty soft but does dry up quickly...I use a separate moisturizer. No irritation or breakouts.I gave this product 4/5 stars because I wish it was a little easier to rinse off. You need a wash cloth for sure to remove all of the soap/suds. I do, however, feel it removes all makeup, even mascara (non-waterproof). Otherwise, I can see myself using this for a while.

Deja súper limpio el rostro y sin resecar. Yo uso un desmaquillante en aceite para los ojos primero (para quitar mascara a prueba de agua) y después uso este producto de Neutrogena y así quedo 100% sin maquillaje.
