All you do is slide the hard boiled egg in the wrap and place it in boiling water. It immediately adheres to the egg. Then immediately take it out of the water and let it cool. Once cooled place in the fridge. When you want to eat the egg you cut off the wrap. What I like about these is the egg itself does not get any color on it.
