We are going snorkeling in Mexico next month and need reef-safe sunblock, which I just don't trust entirely. I purchased this rash guard as a jacket I can put on over my swimsuit while snorkeling that will keep the sun off of my back and shoulders and not give me any tan lines. I am a size 18, 38D chest, and the 2X fit extremely well, with the exception of the sleeves being REALLY long. I am 5'5" so my arms are kinda short, but this is almost comical. It's not a big deal - I can roll or push them up, or I may even hem them myself. The overall fit is perfect, though. Not squeezing me like a sausage in a casing, but not baggy either. The small areas of pattern help give you a little complementary shape too. It seems to be very durable material - thicker than cheap swimsuits. My biggest concern was having the black zipper against my skin, but on the underside there is a flap so it never touches your skin. I'm really looking forward to NOT being burned in the Caribbean from now on! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sure about the UPF 50+ *by L***E on 26 February 2018* The bought an XL because I didn't want it to be painted on. I'm normally an M and the XL fits with little wiggle room. It's perfect but FYI if you don't like them super tight. My only other concern is that the description says UPF 50+ but there is zero evidence of it actually being UPF 50+.
