They are well made, the memory foam cushion is pretty thick and soft However the hard rubber soles make them a little inflexible and stiff at first. After wearing them for about an hour I thought I was going to send them back, but I decided to keep wearing them and working them in and they do appear to be softening up and getting more comfortable as I wear them. They are not cheap, they are pretty sturdy and well made I was just expecting a little bit more comfort right off the bat.
