Once it starts up it's pulls right into a proper vacuum just as it should. Usually let it run for another 10-15 mins (or once the pump starts to get warm). The chamber holds vacuum just fine. Itll sit a week sometimes and I come back to it and it's still holding. My end product is where I want it so I'm not upset I will continue to use it until the pump fails or I find one on sale at the supply house one day. ### ⭐⭐⭐ me.
