The description says up to 30 min. Are these not for me?** A: The description is a little confusing yes, but what I think it means is they would be okay submerged at 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. You would not have them fully submerged that deep that long just swimming laps. They’re great for the pool! **Q: Can I use these for swimming laps in a pooll for 40 to 60 minutes?** A: Easily I’ve tried many earbuds and none came close to these I swim about a mile a day They never come out the sound is great **Q: How do you change the sizes? I can't for the life of me get them back in... To be fair I did lose the manual if it said there.** A: They usually have to be pulled off and it is difficult to remove them the first time. It will also be difficult to get the new size back on because of the tight fit. The tight fit of the cone keeps it from coming off when you remove the ear bud from your ear.
