Purchasing these was the difference between doing a turbo swap in a MK7.5 Golf Alltrack from the top or without them, having to remove your downpipe (which means CV Shaft removal) among many others. For the price, it saved at least 4 hours of work and avoided a lot of frustration. These also fit many other bolts on the VW. They seem very sturdy, fit in their respective bolt heads perfectly, I am ecstatic that I heard about these before attempting the job.
