In fact the air pressure is barely noticeable. Better than CPAP. Not in the least. My thoughts when I bought it was that even if it was not as effective as a real CPAP it might help some. I could not detect that it was doing anything more than sticking in my nose. The unit is not well built, does not actually filter air and the so called filter in mine would occasionally move out of position and totally obstruct the fan preventing it from turning. ### ⭐ DONT BUY THIS! For crying out loud, the stupid thing is designed to stick in your nose.It has two fan blades that you can see are turning, but it blows so little air that I could only detect air movement by aiming it onto my tongue or into my eye.I put it the device in my nose and could not even turn my head without it falling out.Even the pictures are lies. It is much bigger than it appears on the people they show in the pictures.As far as being better than a CPAP machine, and I use one, it is about as close to working as a cpap machine as a 2x4 piece of wood. I was hopeful it would keep me from snoring (on a fishing trip) but it would be absolutely useless.This thing is only good for a laugh. My wife and I were almost crying from laughter as I first tried the device and read the brochure out loud. She suggested that it would be worth it to keep this relatively inexpensive thing and brochure ($17 including two day shipping) so we could show it to our friends for a laugh.
