Since writing my following review shown in brackets, I received contact direct from the supplier who understood and agreed with my concerns about the legibility of the instructions and have now produced them in much clearer print and size which are now very clear to follow. Their customer service has been very helpful indeed to ensure I am happy with these and I believe they deserve my upgraded star rating. It is clearly a very good quality product and excellent value for money and I recommend it. I also recommend that if there are any problems of misunderstandings with set up and useage, please ensure you contact them direct, they will do all they can to ensure that not only the product works properly it you are also very happy with your purchase. To them I say THANK YOU VERY MUCH.(My previous review - I am unable to give this item any constructive comment at all. The print on the instructions was so small it was unreadable and despite requesting help nothing was forthcoming so I have returned it for refund.)

I have had eight these cameras four of them have developed the same fault then do not handle left or right and constantly reset.Hi am however happy with the quality of the cameras but 4/8 developing the same fault is a bit too much I have tried to contact the Seller but have had no reply, I am more but a little upset.Further investigations I have done have concluded in the thought that it was for new model one that have the problem the previous model work flawlessly. Hi I am however finding it strange that have these cameras are no longer in stock or are available I wonder why?

Pretty good little camera for the price. App can be a little jumpy at times, particularly when the intelligent tracking is on, but the image quality is good and it has a wide range of view even when mounted to a wall (on the ceiling it would give you almost 360). I needed a camera to check on my new dog which had a bit of separation anxiety and it was perfect for that. I turned the tracking off and just manually moved the camera in the app to check on her - it’s very easy to do.

I have been very impressed with this product for the price. It was very easy to set up and I figured out most of the functions just by playing with them. I really like the live view and motion detection as it tracks me as I move around. It also sits happily all day when the place is empty and I have had no false activation reports. The only thing I feel it can do better is with its notification system as this seems to be a bit iffy and works when it feels like. Beyond that, it's all good.A word of caution though, on the second evening after I was tucked up in bed I received a motion activation alert, I quickly checked the playback and saw something that looked like a white translucent leg step in through my closed door. The camera instantly locked on to it and then tracked it across the room and through the wall on the far side. I can only describe it as a shadow of no real discernible shape and I am a logical person so dismissed it as a camera aberration, but it was mildly disconcerting.

over all it is ok but i ordered 3 and in one of them the reset button snapped straight away and can no longer be used as it will not add itself to the app without being reset. I have tried to contact the seller about this but go no reply so now im stuck woth a camera i can't use! You can't even get into it to try to fix it either!!!

We bought this camera as we wanted a replacement for the static camera in our baby's nursery that we were able to move around remotely now that she can wriggle around her cotnand move out of view on the previous camera.I was surprised how small this camera was when it arrived, I've added a photo with a pound coin for conoarisson. The small size makes it ideal to go on a shelf in the nursery without it looking out of place or big and clunky.Not only can you control the camera using the app on your handheld device, but it can automatically track motion and noise - a feature we hadn't read about before hand so we were quite impressed when it started following us around the room or alternating between us as we spoke!Set up is as simple as plugging it in and downloading the app, the app located the device and you're away!Picture quality is fantastic, we can see so much more detail than our previous baby cam, and the signal over WiFi hasn't dropped out once since we've been using it.

I could not get this device to work. It did not connect with my phone. On the app it uses, there are many terrible reviews that I did not see evidence of when checking the amazon reviews for the camera.I recommend buying a brand that you recognize the name.

Good for the money, but the software is a bit of a letdown. I spend ages trying to find the spot where motion was detected and recorded. Would be simple if the software just played from the beginning of when motion is detected and not you having to manually try and find the start.Also security isn't very good. Somone could easily steal the sdcard out of the machine or the camera itself. If there was an anti-tamper mechanism I'd give it more stars.
