It puts a lot of strain and pressure on my side jaw muscles. When I purchased this product, I thought that part of the inflated would fill up underneath the bottom of my actual chin, since it's called a chin mask, which would have be much more beneficial to me. There's two inflating areas. One on each side of the jaw. I don't know if this really works. I actually like to add a chin face mask while wearing this slimming device and after couple of days my chin looks youthful and toned. You def need to get used to it first perhaps for the first couple of days just use it for 30 min as it might feel tight since it’s a different type of chin device but then increase the time the end results are just amazing. I been wearing it in the plane, at home, hotels and my face seems to love it to.
