Not even in the shower! I have Oofos brand recovery flip flops and decided to try Fanture for wearing around the house and in the shower. The ultra is too much material on the top of the foot for me but I only discovered that after wearing them around for a couple weeks. I searched the brand again to see if there was a style option and there is so I ordered this style and it is much less material on top of the foot and between the toe. Also, after comparing the ultra and this style, I find this style to be a softer material too ( and lighter of course ). They were accurate! They are shaped in a really unusual (in a good way) shape on the bottom of the sole, it’s almost like a boat shape on the bottom and it has really nice strong arch support so it feels almost like a foot massage as you are walking. So comfy! I am not normally a fan of thong type sandals bc the toe part hurts but this one is soft enough that it does not really bother me. I will say they are not the most attractive sandal as they are definitely chunky. But the comfort more than makes up for any aesthetic limitations for me.
