Review: Good protection, great price, strangely comfy - Great price, 7/10 protection. Padding is good, about what you’d expect for the price. I like the way the knee padding is long enough to protect when kneeling - other GK pants I’ve tried will just ride up and leave the knee exposed when you actually need the padding. I prefer a tight fit on my GK pants and these fit well. Not as tight as compression ones, but about as tight typical soccer sweats, maybe even a little tighter than those. They hug my calves well, which I personally find most comfortable and like the look of. Saw a couple of reviews mentioning how comfy these were and thought it was really odd until I tried them on for the first time. They actually are loungeable on top of being nice to play in. Overall, great option if you don’t want to spend $50+ on padded pants and don’t want the cheap Chinese compression ones either. Will likely buy another pair with the green stitching soon
