Breathable ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have ordered five of these shirts and am so glad I did. *by S***H on July 3, 2023* I first became acquainted with this style INGEAR sun shirt when I was vacationing in a very hot sunny place. The shirt I bought then did a great job of protecting my arms and chest from sunburn. I also live in a summertime hot sunny place and decided this year to buy more of these shirts to protect me when I am out gardening, etc. I am a 5'9" woman who weighs 150 lbs. and I long ago learned that shopping in the men's departments for some basic casual tops was the only way to get sleeves long enough. I bought these shirts in size Men's Medium from Amazon, based on the chest size measurement chart, and they have just slightly boxy, slightly relaxed fit I wanted without being sloppy looking. The fabric is what is most important: The blend is polyester/spandex, which is lightweight, smooth and silky, drapes nicely, and, because of the spandex it stretches, which adds to the comfort as well as when I want to push up the sleeves they stay up. Most of the "sun protection" shirts out there are polyester only. I tried one of these and was most unhappy -- it felt stiff and hot to wear, even indoors. My only quibble is that the shirts arrive folded in a package (of course) and the creases are difficult to remove as they cannot be ironed or washed in hot water or dried with heat. I did try a light touch with the iron on the nylon setting and had some success. And while the shirts are generally comfortable to wear on even quite warm days, I find that exertion outdoors in the sun on hot days (85 degrees plus) makes them uncomfortably warm to wear. I would not recommend them for long bicycle rides on high temperature days, for instance. But they work perfectly for my needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have for sunny days *by N***N on February 11, 2025* Love it. Bought another one. It’s very light and comfortable to wear in a hot day.
