I'm going to be a bit sceptical but I had 2 strong coffees today and it would normally make me quite jittery and anxious, I havnt found that today. Definitely feels like its doing something in my brain as far as clarity and focus goes. I have anxiety and brain fog all the time aswell as rushing thoughts constantly but I am finding my self quite chilled and content. I don't know how long you have to take it for before you benefit from it , guess I will just have to wait and see !
