That makes one wonder about just how well made it might be. At least the one I got is great. The material is laminated without any noticeable voids. The cutting surfaces are nice and smooth / flat. It cleans up nicely with soap and water. Bamboo is a very rugged material, it holds up well to cutting. The board is fairly thick, so it does not dance around the counter while you are slicing and dicing on it. It's a good deal at the normal price. This one is sturdy without being too thick to lift and the size allows me to prep multiple ingredients on the same board.
