It's made a world of difference but I found it frustrating that there's no help on what size to get. Every body and breast size is so different! This bra does adjust but I have it on the very last bit of Velcro and it's still a little tight. I would have got the plus size had a seen the chart on the back of the package before hand. I'm posting a picture of it to help other frustrated ladies.Update: it has stretched quite a bit since purchase, which makes sense since it's elastic, but just know that even if you get a bigger size it's going to stretch and you'll have to adjust the Velcro every few months. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a MUST for breast feeding mamas!! *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2018* Buy this...now!!! I feel like breast pumps should all come with one of these bras, especially for how expensive they are! This bra is super comfortable, it feels like you’re wearing a sports bra. This bra is incredibly comfortable and surprisingly fit my 36 E frame. The support offered was superior when compared to other brands. I had become accustomed to a pumping bra that felt more like an ace bandage than a bra. The Simple Wishes stayed in place even without the straps. The close fit offers better support which in turn results in better suction from the breast pump. I loved the 4-flap nipple openings that offer privacy and coverage when you're not pumping, should you be wearing the bar under clothing at work or any other outing.Several weeks after purchasing the bra I noticed that it had started to slip down while I was pumping. I discovered the velcro was tearing away from the bra.
