GHIRARDELLI HERITAGE, SINCE 1852 In 1849, during the California Gold Rush, Italian-born Domingo Ghirardelli moved to America and opened a store in a mining camp. That included some varieties of Ghirardelli. Now that Droste is out of business and I've used my surplus, I went on the hunt via desertcart reviews. My 4# of cocoa powder arrived and I immediately made my hot chocolate recipe. This cocoa is darker than Droste but don't drought it's smoothness . Majestic variety has a very rich chocolate flavor that made a wonderful, rich, hot chocolate. Droste was my favorite and I'll miss it, but Majestic will be my replacement. I've already started making new creations with my 4#'s of cocoa. If you're a chocolate lover/artist, give this one a roll because I've stopped searching.
