**Q: What is the maximum user weight?**
A: My nephew is 6’4” and it’s long enough for him.
The maximum extension is: 1070mm

**Q: Does the label come off without leaving a sticky mark?**
A: Yes if you use an adhesive remover wipe or similar

**Q: I can't get the upper an lower parts to slide apart It's like they are welded together.Does anyone have a solution?**
A: If you have removed the securing pin and the two sections will not move it looks like a manufacturing fault and you should return the stick or contact the manufacturer. I have two of these sticks and have not experienced any problem adjusting them to the length I need.

**Q: How do you adjust the height please**
A: It adjusts the same as others with a ‘button’ to press in, lengthen to the hole required then the ‘button’ will pop out into the new hole and secure it there

Only one dislike, the securing clip for the length adjustment seems a bit flimsy. Secured it belt and braces using some electrical tape. However the stick is well made other than that.
