Review: Huge help for my IC - I was diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis a couple of years ago and spent so much time in pain and agony. I tried a lot of the IC recommended supplements to help relieve pain, but none ever worked until I found this aloe vera plus. I still have flare ups of IC, but when I do, I take this and I can usually count on it relieving about 80% of the pain. I still avoid most IC trigger foods, but I can definitely say that this has been huge in helping my pain. I have a long way to go with my IC as I still have very frequent urination (I find the aloe doesn't help with this), but it is so much improved compared to my starting point. I think the number one piece of data I could give you that attests to my faith in this product is that I have bought it 48 times over the last 1.5 years. If they ever discontinue it, I don't know what I would do! I have tried aloe vera from other brands and nothing compares.

A: Hi Tina - Yes our Aloe Vera capsules are 100% Gluten Free! All of our products are gluten free and NOTHING with Gluten is allowed into our manufacturing area.

**Q: does this product contain citric acid ?**
A: Hi Eva - There is no added citric acid in our aloe vera capsules. We are actually know as one of the few companies that does not add all of the nasty fillers and flowing agents.

**Q: Has this product filtered out the aloin? The outer rind of the aloe leaf?**
A: The part of the aloe plant we use is the inner leaf, not the outer rind.  We do not test specifically for aloin but we do test for the amount of malic acid, glucose, and acemannan within the inner leaf.

I was hesitant to try this due to ulcerative colitis concerns - but this product has helped me so much. Since starting this product I have only had 2 flare ups, which is amazing. I have subscribed to this because I never want to be without them. They have made such a big difference for me.
