I was a lottle afraid to do this because none of the other reviews were for doing highlights.They came packaged very nicely. These were the shortest that I could find for my hair, but I still had to cut a lot off.I have a lot going on with my hairstyle, so it was a little difficult to hide the ends in some places. I think so far they look great, but I'll see how it goes through the next week or so with washing & styling. Occasionally the way the hair moves,it bunches up maybe too much, so I just have to brush my hands through it to separate it again to blend better.I trimmed the hair to the length I needed for each piece. They look like real highlights so far. I'll try to remember to update if anyone is interested in doing something like this with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not terrible for price! *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 8, 2022* Tldr: As someone who has been wearing extensions for nearly 10 years, these aren’t terrible especially for the price point! Lots of shedding, only lasted a month for me personally. I waited a little over a month to leave my review to really get a good feel for the quality of these extensions. I used a little under 3 packs of these extensions. I also do use heat on the lowest setting nearly every day on my hair & wash it 2-3 times a week. I was a little weary about these extensions, as this was my first time ordering lower quality extensions as well as off of amazon. I bought the red I tip extensions and ended up having to dye them as my hair is a deeper color burgundy. I noticed there were maybe 5-10 strands out of each pack that would not hold on to the dye. I dyed all of them twice, as I figured it was my own mistake but in the end they never held the color. Not sure if a few synthetic strands were added to the packs or what? Aside from that, the main issue with these extensions is the shedding. Strands of hair are CONSTANTLY falling out. Definitely way worse than any higher quality extensions I’ve purchased in the past. But when you’re saving $300-600 on extensions it’s up to you to decide if you can deal with that! I do use heat very regularly, so after about a month of use the ends of the extensions were very dry & broken. I make sure to put oil & deep condition often so that usually isn’t a problem for me. I do also brush them multiple times a day & put my hair in protective hairstyles while sleeping. A lot of this may be my own errors but just trying to be fully transparent on how I treat the extensions. Overall, for the price point I can’t complain about these extensions!
