It is sold under 3 or 4 different names by different vendors other than Amazon (remember this... if it looks like this sprayer, it is this sprayer). There is a company in Canada that imports the sprayer and then a company in Washington state, going by the name of Horizon, brings the sprayer into the United States. I learned all of this after receiving the sprayer from Amazon, discovering missing or broken parts, and trying to find the company that would send me what I needed to get this sprayer to work.Here are the facts:The sprayer is sent in a light weight box that is not up to the task of the size and weight of this sprayer. It arrived beat-up and with several large holes in the sides. Key parts were either not working, broken or missing. I immediately called the number that was printed on the small 6 page flyer sent with the sprayer. The person who answered gave me a different number. Called that number and was connected with a woman by the name of Lacey. I told her my situation and she asked for pictures to be emailed to her of what I needed. I did that, including pictures of the shipping box. I then confirmed she had received the pictures and she said she would follow up. That was a week ago and I have not heard from her again despite sending her follow-up emails. I get the feeling they want my return window with Amazon to close so I can't send the sprayer back to Amazon.The sprayer is made on the cheap side (China), all plastic parts except for the wheels and handle. It is manufactured cheaply, e.g., the wheel axle on the unit I received was not straight so one of the wheels wanted to rub against the plastic container.It leaks like a sieve. All connectors and nuts are plastic. You could rebuild the thing and get it to work. For about $20-30 you could go to a hardware store and buy all brass connectors and use plumbers tape.The hose that comes with the sprayer is so stiff and coiled it is almost useless. Maybe extends 4'. You could replace the hose with a better one and use brass connectors.If you buy this sprayer, expect problems you will need to solve yourself. Some rebuilding. You might need a new 12v battery or pump. That will be from your pocket too. Even though the "manual" says you have a 1 year manufacturers warranty, you do not. All I needed was a few cheap parts. I told the importer that I would send the product back to Amazon if they would not respond, they preferred that I send it back to Amazon. Makes no business sense.Another person in our garden group ordered one of these soon after I did. He sent it back to Amazon the day after it arrived. Same kind of problems. After all of this I do not know why Amazon sells this product? The pattern was easely adjusted by turning the tip. I would like to have had an additional 12 feet of hose added to the factory provided hose so I woulden't have to drag the entire cart through my flower and shrub beds. I have not used the fixed yard sprayer yet, but I see no reason it won't work as advertised.
