So it didn't work right out of the box like the video showed, and I charged it until the red light stayed on, according to the instructions. It will NOT come on. I've tried changing the brushes, etc. but apparently this one is just a DUD. She’s been wanting an electric face brush since I bought mine. I wanted to get her this style because I like how it has the plastic cover and has the holes on the bottom for the water to drain. I wish I would’ve seen this style before I bought mine. I think its a little gross to have a face brush just sitting out on the bathroom counter exposed. That’s just my opinion. She thought this was cute and also liked the cover. She’s been using it twice a day on her face and loves it except for that its hard to turn on and off. You have to hold the button down for a minute which is inconvenient when its already going on your face. So she’s a little disappointed about it.
