I started wearing them at 23 weeks ( currently 28 weeks ) and they helped make me actually " look" pregnant. pre-pregnancy I was 5'2 186lbs then went to 198 when I started wearing them. Did help " smooth" everything out and the hems dont roll up at the legs like I've experienced with other shorts. does not make your booty look flat- the material is stretchy there too. I ordered a large, they were a little hard to get on so I'm not sure if I should have gotten XL or not ( I usually run between sizes anyway ) but once I was able to get into them they felt really good and comfortable.
