The canvas is thick and durable and of good construction. The inside pocket is perfect for stashing toys and books. There is plenty of room inside for some pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals. I often sit inside with my daughter while we read stories. The poles were in sections with plastic connectors, which I was not expecting. I expected solid poles, which is why I marked it lower for durability and sturdiness, the poles do seem to bow just a bit with where the connectors are over time, but we are still happy with it. It was pretty easy to assemble once we realized the pocket is supposed to be on the inside. If it’s inside out then the sides won’t be tight. The bunting that came with it is pretty adorable, and I love that we can just pick it up and move it to a different room easily. We even packed it in the car to go to Grandmas and didn’t have to take it apart, just folded and go. Overall, this teepee has been perfect for us and I would definitely buy again.
