Super easy to put in, no discomfort while wearing them, and did I mention they shine bright like a diamond?! I mainly wear the 3.5mm (because it looks best on my big nose) but will often go smaller during travels. Can’t tell you how many compliments I received on them. The only downfall is they can snag on towels so be very careful. I managed to find it both times when it snagged onto my bath towel after washing my face. I got into the habit of taking it off prior to washing my face and putting on makeup.
