I am, unfortunately, one of those people who sweat a lot, especially in the hot summer months. It takes me a long time to cool off after I come in to an area with a/c. I have this problem in the winter too when I have to wear a heavy coat. I started noticing, a couple of years ago, that there is now a terrible odor that comes along with the sweating. It wasn't always like this. As I have gotten older, I have noticed it is getting worse.
