My biggest issue was that the handle would get so hot after just A few minutes of use. In addition to that it was quite loud, and although it had 20 K RPMs it seems to be rather slow. After eight months and little use it died - I wasn't heartbroken about this because that meant I was justified in getting a new one! So I didn't make the same mistake again, I did a boat load of research. This drill is EVERYTHING I wanted it to be. It's smooth, the hand piece never gets hot, and quiet powerful (I haven't even gotten close to using this and it's 30 K rpm's). And to top that all off, it came with three very nice bits! The handle is lighter and the machine is smaller. The former may seem like a nickpick but when you are holding something that vibrates all day, weight starts to matter more than you think. The latter is nice because of its slimmer design. My only gripe is that sometimes the handle cord comes loose but it isn’t a dealbreaker. It’s a strong machine for its size.
