I understand sometimes flukes happen. But, this supplier followed up all throughout the holiday season to get us new options. Sometimes communication was difficult through the amazon process and the supplier did not ever stop until we were 100% satisfied. Well done! Replacement batteries work well and they stand by their guarantees .My Summer Infant Monitor is worse off after changing to this battery. It worked for one night and then shut off for two consecutive nights. The following week it worked like a charm in the evenings so I thought we had turned the page.
