Love this product and company
This is the second time I have purchased the Misty Mate misters. My first purchase was six years ago and just loved them after a very easy install. It drops the temperature on my patio by about 20-25 degrees on those hot Texas days. I purchased the 30 foot and literally it took myself and a friend about two hours to install. Only tool required with a hammer. I purchased my second set recently and had a question about the length and proper alignment. I spoke with Sam over a three day period. We had at least four conversations and he could not have been more helpful sending explicit suggested instructions and various alignments. This is a business that you want to work with. Very helpful and a quality product.

Total Disaster
This kit is supposed to be a complete system, easy to install - plug and play. Not so! I had someone install it for me, which cost me a lot, but I wanted it done professionally, and the next day it broke - the tubing separated from one of the nozzles and water was splattering all over my patio. I had to find someone else to come and try to fix it. He installed some clamps to secure the nozzles. The next day the tubing separated in a different spot. There is nothing in the product description that says extra parts may be required. I had the handyman come back again and install more clamps, and sure enough it's separated in a different spot. So it appears you need clamps to secure each nozzle in the tubing. Remember, that was a complete system! In addition, some of the nozzles keep getting plugged when you turn the system on. You have to rub your finger over the nozzle to unplug it every time. This so-called system has cost me a lot of money, caused a lot of aggravation, and yet I have nothing to show for it.

Great for Desert Dwellers with Low Humidity!
Works great! Cools nicely. For the people complaining that it drenches you, only if you have higher humidity or not so much heat. We live in the desert, and have very low humidity. During the day when it is well over 100 degrees, the mist cools you, and the water evaporates quickly. You do not get drenched. If you live in a high humidity area, of course it is not going to evaporate! In the evenings, when it cools down to 90 or so, and the sun isn't out, naturally, the water does not evaporate, and you will get wet. But, that is common sense. This will not work for people living with high humidity, just like a swamp cooler will not work with high humidity for the same reason! You need the evaporation.

Works for the most part, but has some issues
Pretty much comes exactly as described, and works well. Installation is straight forward. However, I did encounter one bizarre problem: The line was clogged at about the two-thirds point. When nothing worked in my efforts to clear it, I cut it open to discover one mister head receptacle was completely closed at one end - i.e. solid metal. Must have been a terminator of some kind incorrectly stuck right in the middle of my mister line. I removed it and replaced the rest. Now everything works fine except I have one less mister head than I am supposed to have. Doesn't say anything good about their quality control!

It does what it says
Summers are hot in our part of the country and we love sitting out on our front porch. The MistyMate16031 Misting Kit made it much more bearable for us. Installation was pretty simple and did it by myself. Followed all directions from installation to bleeding the line before putting on each nozzle. I do get some leaking/dripping at 2 or 3 of the nozzles, but this may have been due to my having the faucet turned on to high, which was not hight at all, really - about a half-turn. After a couple of minutes of perfect spray, the hose separated in the middle from one of the connectors. I reconnected and adjusted the faucet to just less than a quarter turn, from the end of the hose, it would be a trickle...guess the system does not require much more than that.Apart from the dripping, it works great and we are happy with it.

More people need to know how easy this is to install!
I recently had a 12'x14' pergola built in my yard and thought it would be really nice to add a misting system to it. I looked around at much more expensive and harder to install options, but I couldn't understand why I would put that kind of time or money into the setup when essentially I'm just hanging up a hose with brass nozzles either way. This was money well spent.First, the brass nozzles are a must. Everything I've seen in real life and read online proves to me that the plastic/pvc nozzles are junk. It's only a few dollars more, so this was a no-brainer.Next, my biggest gripe, is the gray hose. I don't even know why this would come in gray, since their other products are white and most people will hide these in trim or railings that are white more often than not. I hid most of the hose above the pergola and painted what was visible. Not ideal, but for the price I don't care.I love that this comes with a long lead before the first nozzle. My pergola is 12' tall and I was able to run the hose from this all the way to the ground with the first nozzle being right on the top corner.Setup was super easy, and the flexibility of the hose was a big help. Had I chosen the PVC systems, I would have been inserting corner pieces everywhere to get this just the way I wanted. This was as simple as snaking the hose to where I wanted it, nailing in the brackets, and moving on. I was finished in 15 minutes. I also added a calcium filter and needed a 50' length of hose to run to my spigot. Since I wanted the use of this to be super easy, I put a wifi sprinkler controller on that spigot and linked it to a Hue switch via Home Assistant that allows me to turn the mist on and off with the press of a button. This has been a huge addition to our summer for very little cost. It's been a brutal summer and having this option to cool off in the shade has been fantastic. Guests have been super impressed with it, and I'm pretty sure I've sold quite a few of these after telling them the whole setup was <$75 for me.One last thing to note: you're going to get wet under a mister. The ground is going to get wet. Your furniture is going to get wet. This is just the way it goes when you're spraying water in the air. I only run this for 5 minutes at a time in order to give everything a chance to dry.

Súper recomendable!
Tenía mis dudas de comprarlo porque no quería tirar mi dinero PERO ayuda mucho a refrescar, la brisa es increíble ya que no es un chorro que moja por lo que lo puedes tener prendido varias horas, el material es excelente!

Excellent product
Love how easy it was to install, and was totally preassembled. The hose is very strong and well made. Put it on the fence around our patio. Perfect to mist our plants and keep us cool!

Patio misters
The media could not be loaded. The fittings on this system have repeatedly separated. They do not hold up in the heat and pressure at all. The filter and hose do not connect up without leaking out water either.Very disappointed for the price.
