It is lightweight and washed and dried well. After putting it on the bed, I observed that the left side of the quilt has more colorful green squares than the right side. (I was standing at the foot of the bed looking at the quilt.) There are definitely more bright green squares on the left. This was disappointing, but I am going to keep the quilt. I like the green, yellow, and white pattern. I wanted a pattern that would not be too feminine. Otherwise, I would have gotten a quilt with a floral print. I guess I was just expecting the distribution of color to be more even. It does not fit my queen bed as shown in the photo. If I did not have a dust ruffle on the box springs, it would look strange.Update: The squares were not evenly distributed because I had the quilt on the bed the wrong way. Once I got it straight, it is perfect!
