**Q: Is this product same as Wenxin Keli?**
A: No it is not the same. I have purchased this one and the real wenxin Keli and they are different. This one is completely ineffective. I feel I was ripped off. The real one came from China but the USPS lost my last order I am know out $142.00 and no tea. This is a medicine and it works. Don't trust Amazon and USPS.

**Q: Does each tea packet contain 255 calories?**
A: No It claims to be 35 calories per packet Each serving

**Q: Is this the same as the isatis root combination of isatis dandelion and viola herb  instant beverage that dissolves in hot water?**
A: I'm not sure of the combination of ingredients but the tea does dissolve in hot water, and is in the form of "pellets" that you pour from the individual packets.

**Q: how do you make the tea? can it be hot or cold?**
A: I have always made it like any other hot tea, by adding boiling water.  I have not tried it cold, but you can always heat it if it doesn't seem to be dissolving.
