I have chronic back pain. My back has not felt this good in years! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Upper Back Pain Relief *by M***. on January 20, 2020* I've had a desk job for 25 years and I have been suffering from upper back pain for over a year. Intense, 24 hour ache in my spine, between my shoulder blades. Muscle knots between my shoulder and neck and along the inside of my shoulder blade, from top to bottom. In July 2019, I ended up in the ER because I thought I had a heart attack - They said it was a pinched nerve. Went to a chiropractor and my neck and upper back formed an S, when looking at me from the rear. From July-Dec 2019 I went to the chiropractor 26 times. It helped initially, but I frequently had setbacks or I would leave in worse pain than when I left - and it would last until a day before my next appointment. I tried stretches, foam roller, laying on rolled up towels, laying on tennis balls, body weight exercises and light dumbbell exercises - I had plateaued. Then these yoga wheels started popping up in my social media feeds and ads. For once I am happy for for those ads. I won't lie, the first week was rough, it was downright painful to roll on the any of the wheels. But I stuck to rolling on the large wheel several times a day and every time I rolled on it, my spine would pop. Not as many as the chiropractor could get, but still a few pops. Lots of crackling and I could feel the tight muscles snap like rubber bands after the wheel rolled over them. After a week, it got easier. After a month, muscles knots are gone, constant, intense spine ache is gone. I still get some aching, but I roll on this wheel about 3 times a day still and use it to stretch. I am also mindful of my posture throughout the day and try walk every hour. I feel well enough to start some exercises to try and strengthen that area. These wheels have been a big help to me. I was at a point where I thought I was going to have to take muscle relaxers or go to physical therapy (which was a joke the last time I went for my hip).
