He usually wears XL sweatshirts to fit comfortably over t-shirts. After reading the other reviews saying these run small I ordered a 2XL. It barely fits. The tag also reads 100% cotton, this is the furthest thing from cotton. It is a thin, stretchy, material that offers no warmth. Also if you stretch it the print fades out in favor for the white under material. Lastly, the zipper is not on the correct side for a men's zipper.
