As a 240lb guy, I do know it is not healthy to be overweight. But I just don't have enough time for exercise. I have to say the bike comes heavier than I expected. It comes with 44 Lbs fly wheel. The installation is quite minimal, I've spent 20 minutes to put everything together. There is an LCD screen that shows various stats. I would recommend buying a 2032 cell battery since it is not included. So far, riding has been smooth and barely make any noice. I like riding, but the Gym is far away from my apartment and its really cold in NY.
