**Q: Will this thing inflate an Aerobed?**
A: Specs say "Rated Power:75w,Max Power: 100w,Peak power: 200w".  Look at the input for the ...somewhere on the plug/wire/back of pump it should have a Volt and Amp rating.  Multiply the volts X amps.  This gives you a rough estimate of "watts".

**Q: Does it charge a breast pump?**
A: Jamie, I bought mine to use as a conduit for an Android, since the charging plug does not fit into an iphpne plug outlet in the car. But it should work on anything that has an outlet plug @ 110-120 volts. You will have to look at your user's manual to see if the reduction in voltage from 110 AC (home) to 12 VDC (car battery) will affect your pump. You don't want to damage it. I don't use a breast pump, so I can't answer that directly. If your pump works on the electric outlet in your home, it should work.

**Q: Will this charge a laptop in the car? Chord says AC Adapter 65W 20V, input 100-240V, output 20V**
A: Works in my 2010 Rav.  I love this thing - keeps my cell phone and computer charged on long trips.  Works great!!

**Q: would it be able to work for a heating pad and a kindle. also do I have to turn off the engine to plug it in then start it without blowing a fuse**
A: you need to check the demands on the heating pad and kindle together.  Bestek has a 300W version of this for only $10 dollars more.  I should've bought that one for future road trips, but I didn't think that far ahead.  I only use this for my laptop and phone.

While boondocking,I use this inverter inside my RV to connect my ROKU box to a 12 volt receptacle. It works just fine and doesn't use up a lot of power like it would if I used a full-size inverter like a 300-400 watt inverter. I love this little inverter, and I also use it to plug in USB powered devices to charge also. If you need a little inverter to power a cellphone, netbook or some other small powered electronic devices then this is the one to get.UPDATE: When I first wrote this review I wrote it in regards to the previous model (75watt charger with a SINGLE USB port), and since then they now make one with two USB ports. I've since purchased 2 more of these units. My update is that the one with the single USB port allows you to hook up a triple gang outlet extension to this device and still use the one and only single USB port, and if you use the extension on the new dual USB model you can't access any of the ports if hook up an extension. But, if you have no intentions on hooking up an outlet adapter to this unit, then the dual ports work wonders and either way you go these bestek inverter chargers are AWESOME. I even own the 150 watt one. By the way, I use these daily, actually all day long, and they stand up very well. I'm VERY satisfied! Highly recommend!

I bought the BESTEK 75W DC 12V to 110V AC Power Inverter because the power inverter I bought from Radio Shack a while back started to fail. I would be driving and hear my device being charged make a noise or light up saying that the device isn't being charged due to a poor connection. I would have to wiggle the inverter to get the connection back, which wouldn't last long.The first difference I noticed between the two power inverters is that the BESTEK Power Inverter has a solid tip in the front that is stationary. Radio Shack's power inverter tip was able to jiggle and cause a poor connection between the tip and the cigarette connection in my car.Another difference is that the green light on the BESTEK Power Inverter is easily visible on the device. Radio Shack's very small light was covered up by the device I plugged into it, so I would have to rely on looking at what I was charging to make sure it was being charged.I've only had the BESTEK Power Inverter for a week, but so far, it's definitely working better than the Radio Shack power inverter, which has now been put in the glove compartment as a back-up.For the price, I would recommend the BESTEK Power Inverter if you need a device to charge multiple devices at once. (FYI: I use the ANKER PowerPort 4 to plug into the 110V connection to charge up to three devices that use USB for a 2.1A charge on all of them.)
