I wear S and I’m glad I went for my size. It stay on without slipping down from my waist. There are two pockets on both sides and these are pluses. No need to carry phone case when you wear this. My phone went into the right side pocket while my key was in the other. For any lady not wanting to show off more of her thighs yet choosing to remain modest while running ; then I say do not hesitate to buy it.
