Fits perfectly, each key lines up. It doesn't look like I have a cover on the keys. It doesn't fall off at all, suctions nicely to the board. It was a little weird at first to type with it but now I'm used to it and it actually feels nice. You don't hear the clicks as you're typing. I can see debris on the cover already so it's doing its job keeping that junk off my keyboard. Package says its washable so you don't have to worry about it getting nasty. Really nice product. It does change the feel of the keys. The edges of each key are slightly raised and if you're a touch typer like me, it will take awhile to get used to how it changes the ability to slide your finger off one key to move to the next. With this on, the keys sort of "grab" your finger. Not sure how else to describe it. I type 105 wpm and I would say right now I've been slowed down to about 80. I expect that this will be temporary--once I become accustomed to this I will automatically compensate. But it will take a few weeks, I think. I DO like the color (I got the grey ombre), it's a well-saturated color, the letters, etc. on the keys look just as good as the original keyboard. I expect that any of these will change the feel of the keyboard to some extent and I really needed to protect my keyboard and keep it clean. A previously Mac keyboard in our house was ruined by being cleaned with a liquid cleaner (like a windex) and those keyboard are around $70 to replace (!!!?) so this is a very reasonable investment. And, if I ever need to type quickly for a deadline, I can just lift off this cover. I haven't cleaned and replaced the cover yet, so can't speak to that. I have had it about a week and it's still fitting nicely, laying flat, even on the space bar; and this machine gets a lot of use. When I do clean it, I'm thinking to clean it with cool/room temp water to prevent temperature changes from affecting the material's shape.
