Nicer than I would expect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good metal horrible welds *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2022* Someone let the apprentice weld this thing up on a Monday morning with the DTs. I mean they seem to have good penetration but wow those welds are ugly. The paint seems durable and the metal seems heavy enough for a UTV application. I think they must have upgraded the hardware they send over what some reviews were saying. The directions don't quite match what they send and I got duplicate (lower quality) hoops for the spring mounts. I used a good impact to put it together and cheap bolts wouldn't have faired well to that stress. Also the bracing on the back of the blade seems is good. . I've seen people putting these on Jeeps or other small 4wds but I'm not sure I'd recommend that. I will need to come back and edit this review once I've pushed some snow with it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service *by K***D on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2022* Best customer service ever. Our order arrived in 3 boxes. One box was damaged, and some items were missing. We placed a claim with FedEx because the damaged box was clearly the problem. A week later, still no follow-up from FedEx on our claim. So we called customer service, explained what happened, and said she'd send out the replacement parts the next day. We had the package within three days! They were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent company and an excellent product.
