I was never a fan of protein powders, but recently my wife and I have begun keto and we were looking for a natural protein powder without any sugar. The chunks of strawberry give the smoothie a real strawberry flavour.It didn't clump, mixed perfectly in just water, and was even thick and creamy.I am even more excited to start this journey to be healthy knowing i can have something this delicious! I made the Vanilla Ice cream and the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice cream! The mint chocolate chip had to be thrown out. Her recipe calls for entirely to much mint. The vanilla was ok when first done, but the texture was strange and you really can't enjoy it. Couldn't eat it past the second day. The peppermint bark was Absolutely Awful. The powder never blended and after freezing, it tasted like it just settled in the bottom of the pan. It was awful and inedible. For the outrageous price of $49.00. I wouldn't purchase this ever again. It just has a weird taste and texture. I was so very Disappointed in all of the recipes. I would rather just diet with healthy food. This was a bust!
