After the quick and easy assembly, thanks to the labeled screws, washers and wrenches provided, I sat down a was pleasantly surprised. The lumbar support hit just right and the adjustable headrest was easily raised to the perfect position. Very simply with the use of the two levers, I was able to lock and release the reclining position as well as raise and lower the elevation of the seat. My only discomfort is in the armrest. There is no padding, and they seem a little low. If they were about an inch higher they would be perfect. Overall, this chair is fantastic. It's lite, easy to adjust, and fits well under my desk.
