Life saver!
Bought this for my Dartmoor pony who suffers with horrendous sweet itch. He wears a sweet itch rug for up to eight months a year, middies around here enjoy a long season, but he won’t wear a face mask and by the end of May his face and ears are scratched and sore. He ends up with all sorts of creams dabbed on his face and won’t let me even touch his ears. I’ve never been able to break him in because he is so head shy. If it’sreally bad he has oral steroids for a week. I put Tri-tech on the top of his neck, cheeks, forehead and head collar (use cotton wool pads) and spray his rugt, usually every four to five days. Here we are middle of June and his face is virtually scab free! I know people will say it may be harmful in other ways but his quality of life out ways that. He’s gone from a tortured soul who came close to being put down to a happy, cheeky chap. I darent take is rug off though! Worth every penny!
