I had to run an ethernet cable to connect. The box is almost directly above the router and won't connect to the network.The remote isn't much better. It's better than a lot of other 2gb boxes. The intro is annoying and blasts the volume, so make sure you have it all the way down when setting up. I would have given 4 stars if it could connect to 5g wifi. This was easy to install, came pre-installed with everything you need to get going straight off and was fast and responsive between menus etc. it is sleek and looks nice, simple to use, also seems pretty quick through the navigation and apps load quite quick.
