I got a size 9 in these and normally wear 8.5 to 9 depending on the shoe. The remote control is easy to use. The shoes are made of fabric so they are more flexible and I'd say only slightly breathable. I seldom use the led lights, only when I'm in the mood for them. They've been great for my workout in my home gym.
