Bluetooth Speaker, Music Angel Portable Wireless Speaker with Bluetooth 4.0, TF Card Function, Dual Driver, IPX4 Waterproof Speakers

I was surprised by this speaker. It performs really well with mids, highs and lower bass tones. I've deducted a star because there is an almost screeching distortion that accompanies some vocals. It is more noticeable on some tracks than others, but it isn't enough to drive me crazy - yet! The bass is especially good, given the smallish size of the unit. Battery life depends on volume levels, but it generally quite good. For those of you looking for a budget speaker with solid bass, then I highly recommend the awesome Tisdlip wooden speaker. That said, this is decent alternative for those of us on average budgets.

This is an amazing piece of kit. I like the neat, compact design and how I can, if needed, put it in the pocket of my hoody to transport it from room to room keeping my hands free for teas and laptops! The volume is louder than my needs and it's handy to control on the dinky panel at the back. The thing that made me give it full marks is when it survived a six foot drop onto a stone floor! The speaker covers shot across the room and I was convinced it was a gonner. Incredibly the covers fitted straight back on without any adverse effects to the speaker or the sound. It's as good as new. The bluetooth mode allows it to cope with your source device being in the next room should you want to keep it free from shower or bath splash while you listen to your favourite sounds. Incredible value that I truly did not expect.

I ordered two units: one of them cannot be turned on as the on/off button is stuck and the other item makes a constant humming or buzzing noise that is annoying at low volume. One of them is also missing a cable that is used for charging and line-in but the seller replaced it promptly.. Cudos for that. Ouality of build seems fine otherwise, sound is balanced and pleasant, if you turn the volume up. This item has a rare separate volume control and none of the annoying sounds other bluetooth devices make when you turn them on or off.

Very well made and sturdy.Battery is brilliant lasts for days.Update : its been just over three months and the speaker no longer charges up.Not so well made ! ...just snt it back.

There is nothing to dislike, for the cost it is well worth the money.
