I found the padding excellent which is good for cycling. Good also for the gym if you do more heavy duty lifting, or, like me do general gym stuff but just prefer a bit more padding.They are light, breathable and look good. I got the green ones. I have learnt from experience white gym/cycle gloves get dirty too easily!I would definitely recommend. One thing though I needed extra large whereas usually I am a large in gloves.
