The case appears rugged enough with the exception of the plastic membranes on the front and back. Two bands are included one small and one larger. The exchange of the bands is tricky with small fasteners but doable. The ECG function will not work with the case. Nope even though the description says all functions will work. So if that function is important plan on disassembly of the case before using ECG.July 27th 2019 The seller did offer to send another product or refund the money due to my dissatisfaction with the item. This is good service.
