**Q: How many servings in this tin?**
A: I used the whole can 225 gram and it made enough for at least 6 servings as a side dish and 4 if using as a main dish.  Used the chefsteps sous vide risotto receipe  and it was creamy and perfectly done.

**Q: What is the idea of aged rice?  I have never heard that term before.  Can someone please explain?**
A: Aging of rice provides improvements like plasticity, better long cooking properties, and others which are physiochemical in nature.

A: It has been aged for at least 1 year
