It arrived yesterday, the box was not damaged at all and the can seemed pretty securely packaged in quite a bit of tape and bubble wrap. But once I freed it, the entire spout was completely snapped off from the base of the can. It must have got shaken rather hard during shipping I guess?? Maybe it had faulty welding at the seam where it was connected. A replacement is on the way, I am hoping it arrives intact! The can itself is beautiful, pretty enough to leave out all the time and much better looking than the cheap plastic one I currently use. Review: Terrible product.. showed up in pieces, TWICE! - Terrible product. Showed up in pieces both times it was ordered. Evidently I missed the return deadline to print the second label to return so now I’m stuck with a useless piece of metal and out over $30 bucks. You can buy at least 3 or 4 inexpensive watering cans for that amount and I’m willing to bet they don’t show up in pieces and actually do a good job at what it’s intended to do. My better half loves it and has found it exceptionally easy to use, in terms of filling and pouring whilst making the rounds around the house and topping up all of the plants here and there. No issues reaching high shelves or potted plants lower down, the huge curved handle means she can easily adjust her grip to compensate.
